What you need to know
PayPal provides you with life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance at no cost to you. While the company pays the full cost of the premiums, you may be required to complete a health questionnaire to confirm your eligibility.
Life insurance
Coverage is up to 24 times your monthly base salary for you and up to 50% of your coverage amount for your spouse. Coverage for your child(ren) is equal to 10% of your coverage amount, limited to R$10.000. Plus, funeral assistance of up to R$5.500 is provided for the death of an employee, spouse, and children.
Accidental death & dismemberment
Coverage is up to 24 times your monthly base salary, limited to R$1.683.897,24.
How to enroll
Complete the enrollment form that’s provided in your hiring pack.
If you need to change your beneficiary(ies), complete the beneficiary form listed below (based on your insured capital, multiples of 24 times your monthly salary base) and sign (wet signature accept only). Then submit your form to Employee Central via SNOW ticket.
