Have a benefits issue you can't resolve? The advocacy service is available to you at no additional cost and can help you and your eligible dependents navigate the health care system.

Call 888-622-1200 or visit alight.com/advocacy to reach an advocate. Advocacy hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time.

An Advocate can help you:

  • Understand your benefits paperwork.
  • Obtain medication or treatment.
  • Locate doctors and hospitals.
  • Resolve health care billing and insurance claim disputes.
  • Get answers to your questions about company-sponsored benefits.

Stanford Health Navigation Services

As a PayPal employee, you have access to Stanford Health Navigation Services, which includes a personal Stanford Health Navigator and exclusive educational resources.

Stanford Health Navigators are available by phone to help answer any questions and provide additional support and resources, regardless of the state where you live. Navigators can help with scheduling appointments and coordinating specialist visits at Stanford hospitals and clinics. Use Stanford Health Navigation Services to complement your health care provider and primary care physician.
