Awards may include movie tickets, a weekend stay, mugs, T-shirts, caps, or gift vouchers (up to INR 4,000).
This award recognises the exceptional achievement of a team, including virtual, cross-functional, or special task force teams. All teams in IDC are eligible for the Project/Team Award.
Awards include team certificates, dinner with a member of the leadership team, trophies, and gift vouchers (up to INR 1,000 each). Awards are handed out semi-annually (January to June and July to December).

Employees who display an “I am PayPal” attitude and go above and beyond their day-to-day tasks to make a positive impact on the organisation are eligible. This is a monetary award that varies.
In addition to performance-based awards, employees are eligible for the Organisational Priorities Award and Good Samaritan Awards.
