Crisis care resources

What you need to know

Juggling work, family, and other personal responsibilities can leave you feeling stressed, exhausted, and overwhelmed. We all need help from time to time. That’s why PayPal offers all employees access to crisis care resources whenever you need them.

If you’re experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Confidential counseling with the Employee Assistance Program

Many employees are experiencing fear and anxiety around this public health crisis, and that’s understandable. If you ever want to talk to someone about your concerns, contact the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Optum. In addition to counseling services, the EAP offers self-help programs, interactive tools, and other resources to help with life’s challenges.

You and your family members can receive up to ten confidential counseling sessions (virtually or in-person) per issue per year, for free.

Contact Optum EAP at 866-248-4096, or visit liveandworkwell.com (access code: PayPalUS).
