Stresses, worries, anxiety. You may be feeling a range of emotions at various times throughout the day or week. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) now covers up to 10 sessions, per issue, each year, for you to confidentially speak with a professional, at no cost to you. Plus, more sessions may be covered under your medical coverage.
Don’t forget: Virtual mental health visits are also available. New! Get online therapy support, including text messaging, through Talkspace as part of your EAP benefit. Just follow these steps:
- Call the EAP to receive an authorization code before using Talkspace for the first time.
- Choose a provider.
- Start messaging anytime, anywhere at talkspace.com/connect.
Note: Talkspace is not an emergency hotline. If you need immediate assistance or are in crisis, call 911 or other resources, such as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-8255, or contact local authorities.
