Group term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) provide you with 24-hour worldwide insurance coverage giving you and your family financial protection when you need it.
Basic coverage
Group term life insurance and AD&D are 100% company paid, and you’re automatically enrolled in both benefits.
Group term life insurance: Pays a benefit to your designated beneficiaries of up to 24 times your monthly base salary in the event of accidental or natural death.
AD&D: Pays a benefit to you or your designated beneficiaries of up to 24 times your monthly base salary for accidental death and dismemberment, temporary and permanent disability, or hospital treatment and surgery due to an accident.
Coverage is for you only and does not extend to your dependents.
