What you need to know
Insurance is about protecting the people who are most important to you. It’s about having financial protection — in the event you need it. It’s about taking care of your loved ones should you die. It’s about having peace of mind.
Eligibility
All PayPal employees are eligible to enrol in the scheme after joining the company. Your cover starts after your risk estimation is complete. Note: Your risk estimation result determines the areas of cover you’re eligible for.
What the plan covers
Death
If you die for any reason, the plan pays a lump sum equal to 2 times your annual gross salary.
Accidental death
Accidental death cover pays a lump sum equal to 4 times your annual gross salary.
Permanent health detriment
If you’re injured in an accident, you receive PLN 1 000 for every percentage of detriment to your health, up to a maximum of PLN 100 000.
How to enrol
Complete the Aviva life and disability insurance application form and submit to HR Hub. Be sure to select your beneficiaries.
Once your risk estimation is complete, you’ll receive a quote for the areas of cover you qualify for.
