What the plan covers
Life insurance
Life insurance pays all permanent employees a benefit equal to 2 times your annual salary, up to RUB 18.000.000, to your dependents or those you designate as beneficiaries in the event of your death.
This benefit is 100% paid for by PayPal and is an untaxable benefit.
Critical illness
This benefit pays a lump sum equal to 1 times your annual base salary, up to RUB 5.000.000, if you become critically ill.
