All full- and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the plan. This benefit is 100% company-paid and tax-free.
What the plan covers
Temporary disability due to Injury
If you become injured, you will receive a lump-sum payment up to 1 times your annual base salary (RUB 3.000.000 max), depending on the severity of your injury.
Total or partial permanent disability (invalidity)
Long-term disability pays you a lump-sum benefit equal to 2 times your annual base salary, up to RUB 14.000.000, depending on the severity of your disability.
Enrolling in the plan
Complete a Kaplife enrollment form and submit to HR Hub. You will receive your membership card in approximately a week.
Filing a claim
