Benefits for your well-being

What you need to know

Focusing on your well-being can be hard these days. As you continue to navigate all that’s on your plate, you have several benefits to help guide you through all the uncertainty: the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), the Calm app for mindfulness and relaxation, and RethinkCare’s resources for children with learning or developmental disabilities.

Worried about your child’s emotional wellbeing? We’re listening.

If you’re a parent or care for a young person, you know them better than anyone else.

But when they’re not their normal self, can you be sure a change in their behaviour is a natural part of growing up, or a sign that they might need support? Bupa Family Mental HealthLine is here to help every weekday from 8am to 6pm.
