What you need to know
PayPal offers generous time-off policies so you can be there for the special moments, rest when you’re not feeling well, and recharge your batteries when you need to.
Paid time off (PTO)
PayPal values your wellness and wants you to take care of yourself and others in a way that best addresses your needs. Our paid time off (PTO) policy provides the flexibility to use your time for whatever recharges you.
You earn PTO based on your years of service:
Years of Service | Number of Days Earned |
---|---|
1 year | 11 |
2 years | 13 |
3–4 years | 16 |
5 years | 19 |
6 years or more | 20 |
Any unused PTO carries over to the following year.
