What you need to know
As a PayPal employee, you receive allowances for restaurants, fuel, groceries, and home office expenses.
Restaurant allowance
You can receive a restaurant coupon/voucher with a monthly amount equivalent to 1 UMAM per month ($3,300.53 MXN) to use at selected restaurants.
Transportation aid
You’ll receive $1,300 MXN as transportation aid in the second payment of each month.
Grocery allowance
You can receive a grocery coupon/voucher with a monthly amount equivalent to 1 UMAM per month ($3,300.53 MXN) to use at selected grocery shops.
Home office allowance
You can receive a monthly home office coupon/voucher equivalent to $734 MXN per month to use to cover home utility costs associated with working from home more than 40% of the time. The allowance is provided through a coupon/voucher to use at a variety of selected shops.
