What the plans cover
PayPal pays for your life insurance cover, and your enrolment in the plan is automatic. The life insurance benefit pays your beneficiaries a lump sum of:
- 3x your monthly salary, excluding holiday allowance
- 5x the salary portion above 137,800 (2024 figure)
