Recognizing hard work is an important part of enabling talented people to thrive. The Recognition Awards program provides managers with a way to recognize a job well done. We call them Spot Awards, because they are delivered “on the spot.”
How does it work?
Spot Awards are designed to recognize special contributions as they occur. This is a one-time award that managers can give to individuals or teams for outstanding work, or when they exhibit behaviors and values that are important to the company.
