Eligibility

All permanent employees of PayPal Korea are eligible to participate. Family members are not eligible for this benefit.

Enrollment

You’re automatically enrolled in the plan on your hire date.

What’s covered

Flexible benefits offer you choice and flexibility in selecting the health, wellness, and education benefits that fit your needs.

You’re eligible to receive up to KRW 350,000 per quarter to purchase and claim eligible expenses. This amount is prorated for employees who join / leave the company in the middle of the quarter. Credits not used can only be carried over to the subsequent quarter.

Eligible expenses include gym memberships, fitness classes, certified coursework, personal insurance, and childcare.

To submit your claim, follow the process outlined in the claim form available on the HR Hub.

Appropriate use of company benefits

Misuse of company programs, including the submission of false bills, is a serious matter that can have significant legal and financial implications for both the individual involved and the company. The misuse of company programs is prohibited by the PayPal Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and can lead to disciplinary actions, including termination of employment.
