When you need care, contact Hälsoslussen to speak to a nurse, who will access care and schedule an appointment for you at a private clinic.

• There is no qualifying period — the plan covers illnesses and accidental injuries that existed before your cover went into effect
• Care is only valid in Sweden (with the exception of temporarily travelling abroad)
• You don’t need a referral to see a specialist or to schedule an operation by a primary care physician
