Recognizing your hard work is an important part of helping you thrive at PayPal. Recognition Awards allow managers to recognize a job well done. We call them Spot Awards, because they are delivered “on the spot.”
How does it work?
Spot Awards recognize special contributions as they occur. This is a one-time award that managers can give to individuals or teams for outstanding work or when they exhibit behaviors and values that are important to the company.
