Time off and leaves of absence

What you need to know

Taking time off — away from your job — is vital to being at your best. We support this by offering ample time off for all kinds of situations.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

PTO is available for you to take time away from work and spend it the way you want to.

You’re entitled to 15 days of PTO per year.

How it works

Your PTO accrues monthly starting on your hire date. You can take your available balance at any point during the year.

We encourage you to take your annual PTO within the allotted year. However, if you have unused PTO at the end of the year, it can be carried over into the next year. PTO does not expire.
