Employees who become too sick to work are eligible for sick and medical leave.

You accumulate paid sickness days at the rate of 2 paid sickness days for each completed month during the first 12 months and then 4 paid sickness days for each completed month thereafter.

Expectant mothers who have completed 40 weeks of service with PayPal are eligible for 14 weeks of paid maternity leave to support them throughout the latter stages of pregnancy and their child's early months. If you have exhausted your paid leave, you may be entitled to take leave without pay.

In extraordinary circumstances, PayPal may provide unpaid personal leave for up to 30 days to eligible employees in good standing who need to take time off from work to fulfill urgent personal obligations not provided for under statute.
