Group term life insurance covers you only and does not extend to your dependents. This insurance is 100% company-paid, and you’re automatically enrolled.
Death benefit
In the event of your death, group term life insurance pays a benefit to your designated beneficiaries of up to 36 times your monthly base salary with a minimum of PHP 1,500,000.
