Married/single parent with a partner:

• Domestic partner (including same-sex or common-law partner) up to age 65

You have 20 days to enroll a newborn baby, new spouse following the effective date of the life event.

• Gender reassignment surgery
• Mental health treatment

Emergency care:

• Physician services
• Emergency room fees
• Medication
• Oxygen, intravenous fluids, whole blood, and human blood products
• Laboratory, X-ray, and diagnostic procedures
• All charges related to emergency medical management

An emergency is a sudden and unexpected onset of a health issue that causes severe pain and discomfort, potentially resulting in immediate disability and death. Examples include coma, stroke, convulsions, heart attack, massive bleeding, and severe injuries.

Ambulance service:

• Affiliated-to-affiliated service covered up to the maximum benefit limit
• Non-affiliated-to-affiliated service covered up to PHP 2,500 per incident

Maternity care:

• Normal delivery, maximum benefit of PHP 40,000
• Cesarean delivery, maximum benefit of PHP 60,000
• Home delivery, maximum benefit of PHP 10,000
• Miscarriage/abortion, maximum benefit of PHP 30,000
