Dental care includes:
- Annual dental exam and consultation
- Emergency outpatient dental care
- Oral prophylaxis (once a year)
- Simple tooth extractions
- Restorative and prosthodontics treatment
- Temporary fillings (unlimited)
- Permanent fillings (up to 2 surfaces per year)
- Desensitization of hypersensitive teeth
- Simple denture adjustments
- Re-cementation of loose crowns and inlays, and onlays
- Gum treatment
Vision
Vision care includes consultation, examinations, frames, lenses, contact lenses, and specific treatment.
