Further your education — on us! When you take classes and developmental programs for your current role (or a likely future role), you can get reimbursed through the Educational Assistance Program.
First, your manager’s approval
Eligible employees will receive a contribution from PayPal each calendar year for approved tuition, books, and mandatory fees, including those for registration and exams, through an accredited college or university.
Get your course approved by your manager before you enrol, and pass the course with a C or better if it’s an undergraduate course, or a grade of B or better if it’s a graduate course.
