What you need to know
You are entitled to convalescence pay if you’ve been with PayPal for more than 1 year.
How it works
After 1 year with the company, you’re eligible to receive convalescence (vacation bonus) pay of NIS 378 per day. The number of convalescence days you are paid for depends on seniority:

Convalescence is paid once a year in July via payroll, and any unpaid entitlement of convalescence is cashed out upon termination of employment.
