PayPal wants you to further your education — on us! When you take classes and developmental programs for your current role (or potential future role), we’ll reimburse you through the PayPal Education Fund.
How it works
Both you and PayPal contribute to the fund — PayPal contributes 7.5% of your base salary, and you contribute 2.5% of your base salary through payroll deductions starting on day 1 of your employment. After 6 years, if you haven’t used these funds, you may withdraw the full amount, tax-free!
