PayPal knows that your success is our success. The gratuity scheme gives you a portion of your salary as a thank you for your hard work in the event you leave the company.
What is the gratuity scheme?
This benefit applies to all employees who complete 5 years of continuous service in PayPal India entities. If you leave PayPal, you’ll be paid 15 days of your monthly basic pay for each year of service you have with the company (no maximum), as long as you have 5 continuous years of service in PayPal India entities.
