A sabbatical provides you with a break from the pace and intensity of your work and allows you to spend more time with your family, travel, to pursue a social service project, or simply relax. Once you have completed five years of service with PayPal, you may request four weeks of time off with pay through the Global Sabbatical Program.
Travel. Write a book. Pursue a hobby. Spend more time with your family. With PayPal’s sabbatical programme, you have the opportunity to do all this and more.
After completing five years of continuous service, full- and part-time employees are eligible for four weeks paid sabbatical. All four weeks must be taken at once and within 12 months of the five-year anniversary date.
