The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a confidential counselling and information services programme to assist you in coping with personal, work, financial, or legal issues. Whatever the problem, you can contact our EAP 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Coverage for you and your family

All PayPal employees in Ireland and Northern Ireland are automatically enrolled in the EAP at no cost. Up to ten counselling sessions are available to you and your family members, per issue, per year, for free.

One-to-one personalised service

You can schedule one-to-one EAP appointments with Caitriona Kennelly, our dedicated EAP counsellor. Caitriona can provide expert assistance on a variety of issues, including stress, anxiety, problems at work, relationship issues, and communication skills. She can also arrange referrals for other EAP services, if needed.
