On average, your phone coaching session may last around 35 minutes. You may want or need more than one call with a coach. In this case, you can set up a follow-up call to continue the discussion or address another planning topic with the same coach.

It’s a good idea to have your most recent paystub and Annual Enrollment information handy prior to speaking with your coach. You can also upload personal documents to share with your financial coach through the Vault on Ayco360.

Goldman Sachs Ayco’s financial coaches are required to have a four-year college degree and are encouraged to pursue an advanced degree or certification as part of their development plan, such as a JD, CPA, MBA, or CFP^® designation. Coaches receive 300+ hours of core training when hired, and ongoing education for topic- and company-specific knowledge.

Your spouse or partner can participate too

Once you contact Goldman Sachs Ayco and provide your permission, your spouse or partner may use the phone coaching service with you or on your behalf. Note: Your access to Goldman Sachs Ayco financial counseling will end if you leave PayPal.
