WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
PayPal partners with Alight to provide benefits enrollment and eligibility support. The Alight enrollment tool is called Your Benefits Resources, or YBR. All U.S. benefits-eligible employees have a YBR profile, which is where you can make your benefit selections, review your plan options, and update your benefits.
As a newly eligible employee, you can create a username and password and begin making your initial benefit selections. Once you’ve completed your initial enrollment, you can access your account at any time to view your current benefit selections and confirm costs for coverage.
Accessing your YBR profile
- Visit Your Benefits Resources (YBR) (@Work) | (Log In).
- If you’re new to PayPal benefits, you’ll need to create your user ID and password. Click Are you a new user?, and follow the prompts to create a user ID and password.
- If you forgot or need to reset your password, click Forgot User ID or Password?
Chat: Once you’ve accessed your YBR profile online, use the chat feature within your account to ask questions directly to YBR Customer Service.
