The birth of a new baby is a joyous occasion. We help you celebrate by giving you a birth gift coupon worth RMB 500!
Who’s eligible?
All full-time employees and contractors who have a baby while employed at PayPal are eligible for the birth gift.
How to receive your gift
After your baby is born, submit your birth certificate to HR Hub via HR ticket (only accessible within the PayPal firewall) to apply for your birth gift of RMB 500 paid in cash through the payroll department.
The amount of your gift will be included in your monthly payroll and is subject to individual income tax.
Birthday gift
All full-time employees and contractors will receive 4 bread vouchers totaling RMB 80 in your birthday month from PayPal. If you’re a new hire, you’ll receive it the second month after your hire date. Once you receive an email notification from Employee Central, you can pick up your vouchers from mailroom.
