A Spot Award is a one-time award that managers may give to individuals (or teams) for outstanding work. Spot Awards are designed to recognize special contributions as they occur. They are given to employees (or teams) by their manager or any other manager within the company when a person or team displays behaviors and values that are important to the company.

If you want to nominate someone on your team or another, talk to your manager or another manager who can fill out the form for you.

All regular employees (except senior vice presidents and above) are eligible to receive a spot award.
