Intro to Mindful Eating

Have you ever eaten more than you meant to while watching Netflix, working, or driving? Find yourself eating when you are bored, stressed, or anything but hungry? Have you ever finished off a bag of chips or a pint of ice cream, only to be surprised that it is gone and wonder if you tasted all of it? Or found yourself starving without a plan, only to end stuffed and looking for sweatpants?

Join this webinar for an introduction to mindful eating that will include practical tips and strategies to help you tune in to natural hunger and satiety cues, as well as a two-week plan that has the power to transform food relationships, allowing you to enjoy food while listening to your body.
